Catalogue Listings

Catalogue Listings allow you to provide Cognivox with structured information about the items, properties, products or services your business offers.

Your AI receptionist can use this information when responding to relevant customer enquiries and searching your catalogue.

What Catalogue Listings Are Used For

Catalogue listings can be used to:

  • store information about individual listings;
  • organise listings using catalogue categories;
  • make listing information available to your AI receptionist;
  • help Cognivox search for listings that match a customer's requirements;
  • provide customers with accurate information from your catalogue.

The information available for each listing depends on the type of catalogue your business uses.

For example, a property listing might contain information such as:

  • property type;
  • location;
  • number of bedrooms;
  • sale price or monthly rent;
  • availability;
  • description;
  • and other property-specific information.

Cognivox uses the information stored in your catalogue when answering catalogue-related enquiries.

Keeping Listings Accurate

Keep your catalogue listings up to date so that your AI receptionist has accurate information available when assisting customers.

In particular, review information that can change frequently, such as:

  • availability;
  • price;
  • status;
  • and other time-sensitive listing information.

Cognivox should only provide information that is available in your configured catalogue and should not invent missing listing details.
